Book reviews #2: Throne of Glass

Hello Hello bookdragons!

After reading Crown of Midnight, I thought it was more than time to post my review of Thrones of Glass!

I think that saying I enjoyed this book is quite obvious: I read it in 3 days. One could definitely say I am a fan of Sarah J Maas’ writing. I loved her already with the A court of Thorns and Roses series, even if the books are more adult if you ask me. I still have a tiny preference for ACOTAR because of the fairy tale part…but Throne of Glass was WOW.

So many mysteries left to be unlocked at the end of the first book! Even if some tiny little details made me cringe a bit, some clichés between Celeana and Chaol/Dorian like the so important fact she is a virgin, this book was overall a complete plunge into this world full of secrets that is Erilea. And I can’t wait to read more stories about it! That’s Maas best talent, her capability to make you dive into her Worlds, not thinking twice!

The dynamic between Celaena, Chaol and Dorian is also very interesting and I DON’T want to be spoil or let myself think too much about it. I want to be surprised by the direction it will go to!

See you for a cup!
