Top Ten Tuesday: killer Opening Lines

Top Ten (1)

Hey guys! Back with a Top Ten Tuesday article, it has been a while (I was not super inspired by previous prompts!) but this week’s theme really inspired me: Opening lines! I love a good opening line, that can hook me into a book right away! And looking for which ones I could choose for the challenge, I realize I do have a type of favorite opening lines… I will let you discover it :p Also, I could not choose only 10 opening lines, so you will get 15!

Hey bookdragons!

Maybe you remember, in April, I participated in the OWLs challenge, organized by Book Roast. In a nutshell, a reading challenge inspired by the first level of Hogwarts exams! Well now, we are entering the second level of exams with the NEWTs! And this year, as we could choose a career to pursue, I’m gonna try to pass the necessary exams to become a Hogwarts Professor!!!! Yeah me!!

If you are interested, you can find the list of all the classes you can take here, and here a guide of all possible career choices (yup, Book Roast did an INCREDIBLE work on this challenge!)

Let’s see now what I need to read to get there 😉
